  • Can I make the interface look like part of my business?

    Yes, you can add your own colours and logo to make the interface look like part of your business.

  • No, zoomtalk has its own ICE and Signaling Server, however, if for any reason you do have your own ICE and Signaling Server or you have a subscription with a third party, you can do your own setting.

  • After setting up a new account the ICE & Signaling Server settings will show blank, but your account will be using our server by default, so make sure there is no information in these fields. If you want to use your own just add them to over ride the default.

  • Unfortunately, this is the one requirement zoomtalk does not have at this time. Each new user must set up a FREE account to have their own Pusher details. We have details on our support site for you to follow. If you need help, just ask and we will be glad to help you get up and running.

  • When you sign up for an account in zoomtalk, you get to choose a zoomtalk subdomain such as: sampledomain.zoomtalk.biz which will be your unique URL to your account. Also, your URL will have our SSL certificate to protect you.

    We also offer the ability to us your own URL for your login, there is a little bit more work for you on your end to do this and a small setup cost. Visit our support site to find out more.

  • Yes, zoomtalk offers standard SMTP, mailgun & sendmail setup settings for you to set your own email.

  • Please contact up for any special account setup that is beyond our standard accounts.
